World Cup 2018: France defeat Belgium by 1-0 to enter the final

The crowd cheering for the France will walk with pride now as the team defeated Belgium by 1-0 and enters into the final of World Cup 2018. The victory made the France to aspire for the final closely after 12 years. The header shot by the Samuel Umtiti at the 51st minute into the net made Belgium crippled on their knees.

Belgium tried their hardest at the initial level but Unstoppable France kept it extremely tight by defending and picked off a few good attacks thus leading to the victory.

Belgium coach Roberto Martinez said that the luck was against them as they fell short of France.

Roberto further said, “It was a very tight game. There were not many big moments that were going to decide the game and it came down to one dead-ball situation. We had the ball and I think we have to give a lot of credit to France for the way they defended”.

Belgium team has won all the match in this World Cup and has scored 14 goals so far but couldn’t make it to the finals.

However, the city of France celebrated the historic victory by chanting loudly, “We’re going to the final, we’re going to the final” as the national anthem.

With yesterday winning, France is eagerly waiting to face the long-time Rivals England who will  firstly has to out pass Crotia in the second semi-final match.
