Fugitive businessmen Mehul Choksi surrenders passport in Antigua

A fugitive diamond trader  Mehul Choksi, who was accused of defrauding the Punjab National Bank, has surrendered his Indian citizenship and passport to authorities in Antigua and Barbuda. Passengers have to pay baggage X-Ray fess at IGI from Feb 1
