Stree movie review: complete ‘Paisa-vasool’ with talented Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor

Keeping up with the expectations of the audience, Stree has finally nailed it after hitting the theatre on this Friday and has already been tagged as the ‘Paisa-Vasool’ movie. With the super talented actors lie Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurrana and Pankaj Tripathi, the horror-comedy Stree balances perfectly and engages the people to grave for more after each scene.

The debutant director of Stree, Aman Kaushik did an amazing job by executing a well written script by duo raj Nidimoru and Krishna D K. The story line revolves a horrible events where people after doing puja disappears within four days of time unexpectedly in Chanderi town of Madhya Pradesh.

Vicky played by Rajkummar Rao falls for a girl (Shraddha Kapoor) who appeared only during puja but vicky’s friend, Bittu warned him that his lady love is behind all the horror events and has taken away another friend Dana (Abhishek Banerjee).

The scary moments of Stree is well balanced with the comic timing and each cast gets their individual chance to showcase their talent as well. Pankaj Tripathi playing the role of the librarian starts solving the mystery of stree with his best one-liners.

Rajkummar Rao as usual entertain the audience with his innocent character of  playing a small town boy who falls for a pretty girl with a mixture of his razor sharp comic timings. The music for the songs of Stree comes from Sachin Jigar and after the positive feedback on the first day,  it will be interesting to see the first weekend collection of the movie.
