Another eminent actor of Bollywood, Saif Ali Khan joins MeToo Movement by sharing his experience which shakes him 15 years back. From actress Tanushree Dutt to director Vinita Aggarwal, everyone is coming up to protest against sexual misconduct.
While talking about the harassment, Saif Ali Khan said that he has also been harassed in his career which was not sexually but he is still angry with the experience.
He said, “I have also been harassed in my career, not sexually, but I have been harassed 25 years ago and I am still angry about it”.
Saif Ali Khan further added that people don’t understand other’s pain which is difficult to do. He said, “Most people don’t understand other people. It is very difficult to understand other people’s pain. I don’t want to talk about it because I am not important today. Even when I think about happened with me I still angry. Today, we have to look after women”.
The actor talked about the MeToo campaign by saying that what is happening is good and those who have sexually harassed women should pay for it now. He himself denied working on any project with the culprits.
Saif Ali Khan said that if anyone would also misbehave with her daughter Sara Ali Khan in the industry, he would kick him in the face directly.
He said, “If someone asks my daughter to come to see him at Madh island, I will go with her and punch that man in the face. Is she tells me this guy said to me, he will then be fighting me in the court. I am sorry, but that’s my reaction to it. He wouldn’t dare to do it again. Every girl should have that kind of security”. Sara is recently working in her debut movie Simma opposite Ranveer Singh.
