Rahul Gandhi Vs Narendra Modi in 2019 General Elections

The preparations for the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections have started with the big leaders commencing the formulation of strategies and manifestoes. A lot of political analysts in the country are of the thought that this will be an election fought between Narendra Modi and Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Although, some Political Parties which are more influential on the regional level might play a huge role in and after the elections. The Lok Sabha Election in India is one of the biggest democratic events in the world with a total number of 545 seats out of which 2 are nominated from the Anglo-Indian Community by the President of India.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, the Congress Party led by Rahul Gandhi might have an edge from the anti-incumbency factor but the actual effect of the same will have to be seen after the election results. The BJP on the other hand will portray Narendra Modi as a strong leader and a powerful Prime Minister of the largest Democracy of the World.

The BJP will promote the work done by them for the national development which was one of the biggest political issue in the last Lok Sabha Elections as well. There have been a lot of concrete step and a lot of big development project in the country in the past few years and the BJP will not leave any chances to take the credit for the same.

India as a Nation has improved its outlook for the world and has been able to win a lot of International Allies in the past few years with Narendra Modi shining on the International platform as a strong leader.

As the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi has been largely successful in improving India’s image on the International platform and has improved India’s relationships with Foreign Nations to a big extent. He has been able to give the Indian Economy a big boost by bring in a huge amount of Foreign Investment.

The Congress President Rahul Gandhi will have to formulate a strong strategy to counter and succeed against Narendra Modi. The Congress Party Spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said that the Congress is ready for alliances and the Congress Working Committee has given Rahul Gandhi the authority to make pre and post-election alliances. Rahul Gandhi has urged the Party workers to start expanding the vote bank and raise issues amongst the people.

The Congress party currently is in power in only 3 states as off now and this is surely going to be a difficult task as far as the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections are concerned.
