Netflix’s first Indian original series is worth to watch as it is packed with action on crime ridden Bombay of late 90’s. The extremely fearless scenes of the trailer clearly make the audience to imagine the full show. Titled as Sacred Games, the series is all about the communal riots in the wake of Babri Masjid starring the super talented Nawazzuddin Siddiqui as Ganesh Eknath Gaitonde, Saif Ali Khan as Sartaj Singh and Radhika Apte as Anjali Mathur.
Sartaj Singh, a cop is a way different from the corrupt system as he is honest and want to end the malicious activities but with not much surprise, he has to lose his jobs which definitely do not stop him from running behind the gangster played by the Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Gaitonde.
Both gangster and cop cross their path when Singh discover Gaitonde’s hideout in Kailashpada. Aware of the Singh’s action, Gaitonde watches singh through a surveillance camera and warns him the story of his life as a gangster thus challenging the officer to save the Mumbai within 25 days. In between, RAW agent Anjali Mathur is keeping an eye on the conversation of both the gangster and cop.
This will be one of the most popular shows as it is made by two of the India’s finest talents, Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane who perfectly captured the actual scenes of the unstable Bombay in 1990’s.

Writers of the show Varun Grover, Smita Singh and Vasant Nath have beautifully penned down the life of the common crowd problems in 90’s. starting with a swift track and slow running of the story, the show excellently catches the speed later on and you will surely won’t be disappointed.
