The German car-maker company Mercedes Benz is ready to launch its powerful version of the E-class luxury cars AMG model- Mercedes-AMG E 63S 4Matic+ today at the Buddh International Circuit (BIC). The first look of the Mercedes-AMG E 63S 4Matic+ was unveiled in October 2016 at Los Angeles Motor show.
The new AMG model looks similar to the standard E-class but have an addition on the front bumper housing slightly air intakes and a sporty exhaust setup at the rear. The wheels are little more half an inch wider than on the standard version of the car.
The price of the Mercedes-AMG E 63S will start from Rs 1.5 crore onwards. It has an excellent active break assistant equipped with 7 air-bags while carbon ceramic brakes are an optional equipment.
The car is powered by 4.0-litre V8 engine with twin-scroll technology. The Mercedes-AMG E 63S propels from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds with nine-speed AMG speed shift dual-clutch transmission.
The company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017 with 33% growth by selling 133,000 AMG units globally. However, in 2018 Mercedes-Benz marked the best ever growth of 24.8% with the sale of 4556 units.
