Passengers traveling through the train can send their request on the WhatsApp no assigned as 7349389104 through MakeMyTrip, passengers can avail the facilities like Updated train timings, booking status, Cancellation, platform number on which train will arrive.
To get the details of your boarding train, passengers have to send their respective train number on the mentioned number and all the details related to the train will be provided to them.
In case the server is not engaged, you will get the response within 10 seconds of the request and passengers have to be alert to know whether the message is seen by the Railways staff and proceed accordingly.
The move to assign a separate WhatsApp number is done to decrease the dependence on the Calling no. 139 to get the train status. It is among the steps taken by the Indian Railways to improve their passengers travelling experience.
